The bank NPC can be found in Rog Imperial City (V3) , Rog Imperial City , Midland Port and Gipsy Town

The bank space is a 10x12 compartment the player can use to relieve character Inventory and Bag space, while also enabling transfer of items between characters on the same account.

Pressing "Exchange money" will do the following exchange:
100CP(Copper Pieces) = 1GP(Gold Pieces)
100GP(Gold Pieces) = 1PP(Platinum Pieces)
