Manufacture skill level, and additional crafting skills.

Item creation sheets
- Manufacturing sheets combine materials to create new normal rarity equipment.
Item improvement sheets
- Upgrade sheets combine materials and normal rarity equipment to imbue the item with bonus stats on a scale 1-5.
