The bank NPC can be found in Rog Imperial City (V3) , Rog Imperial City , Midland Port and Gipsy Town

The bank space is a 10x12 compartment the player can use to relieve character Bag space and transfer items between characters on the same account.

Pressing "Exchange money" will do the following exchange:
100CP(Copper Pieces) = 1GP(Gold Pieces)
100GP(Gold Pieces) = 1PP(Platinum Pieces)
