“need infoIs there a crafting NPC with a good quote about the crafting skill? Paste it here and update the source to NPC (Location).—In-game description
Crafting is the process of turning component items, such as crafting materials into weapons and armor or enchanting normal items with item bonuses. There are seven skills associated with crafting and each crafting sheet lists which skills are required for the recipe. In most cases, crafted items have the "Elite" prefix in the name.
Crafting skills
There are 7 crafting skills, each cost 1 skill point to unlock. Manufacture allows you to craft items yourself using tools. Any additional skill(s) that are required to craft an item are listed on its crafting sheet. Max skill levels are not dependent on the character level.

Blacksmiths & Tools
- Primary article: Crafting Tool
You can craft items yourself using kits and the Manufacture skill or at a Blacksmith NPC located in major cities. Using an NPC is recommended at lower levels but may cost more money long-term.
Icon | Name | Uses |
---|---|---|
Manufacturing Kit | Used to create normal items from crafting sheets and materials. | |
Upgrade Kit | Used to enchant normal items with Magic or Rare item bonuses. | |
Blessing Stone | Protects an item from being destroyed when an upgrade attempt fails. |
Recipes
- Primary article: Crafting Sheet
There are a variety of crafting sheets / recipes; some can be bought from shops in town, but most are found as loot from monsters. Each sheet can tell you what item it can craft or enchant, the required crafting level and skills, and the necessary crafting materials for the recipe. The list of requirements vary depending on the sheet's use.
Icon | Name | Uses |
---|---|---|
Armor Sheet | Used to create normal armor items. | |
Magic Weapon Sheet | Used to enchant normal weapon items with Magic item bonuses. | |
Rare Mystical Sheet | Used to enchant accessories or magic armor items like Magic Gloves and Robes with Rare item bonuses. | |
Enchanting Sheet | Used to enchant Normal, Magic, Rare, or Soul armor items to increase their base armor values. |
Materials

To craft an item, you must have the appropriate materials in your inventory. Crafting materials can be purchased from shops (gems, metals, yarn, etc.) in major cities and gathered as loot from monsters.
Gem | Metal | Mineral | Wood | Yarn | Monster |

Crafting window
The crafting window can be opened by interacting with a Blacksmith NPC or by using the Manufacture skill. When interacting with a Blacksmith, you can choose to Craft or Enchant but the windows are virtually the same - the only visible difference being the button at the bottom.
The player must place the appropriate items in the crafting window to craft or upgrade items. Attempting to place the incorrect item will highlight the slot red and prevent placement.
- The crafting sheet and crafting tool (if needed) can be placed in the sheet slot (top left) and tool slot (top right).
- Once a sheet is placed, the material slots are populated with the named crafting materials needed for the recipe - those items can be placed in their corresponding material slots.
- If upgrading an item, the desired item must also be placed in the item slot (center).
Once the window is filled with the necessary items, clicking the Craft / Enchant button at the bottom will consume the crafting items to attempt the action. See the Success or Failure sections for more information on crafting results.
Manufacturing items
The process of manufacturing items is fairly straightforward at its core: a player must get a crafting sheet, collect its required materials, unlock the appropriate skills, then create the item. There are many craftable armor, weapon, and mystical items. See Upgrading items for more information.

Upgrading items
The process of upgrading items involves using sheets to enchant items with item bonuses or increasing their base attack and defense. Similar to manufacturing: a player must get a crafting sheet for the desired item type, collect its required materials, unlock the appropriate skills, then upgrade the item. See Manufacturing items for more information.
Upgrade Crafting Sheets: Level 1 Magic Accessory Sheet • Level 3 Rare Armor Sheet • Level 5 Magic Mystical Sheet • Armor Enchanting Sheet • Soul Weapon Enchanting Sheet
While upgrading and enchanting are terms used interchangeably, below are the distinctions for clarifying what each action requires.
- Upgrading increases the rarity by adding item bonuses to stats and attributes.
- When adding item bonuses, the color of the item name changes to reflect the rarity (Magic or Rare).
- Enchanting increases the item's attack or defense stats specifically, adds +X to the end of the name, and can add a glow effect to the model of the item.
- Enchanting an item to +3 is guaranteed success, but every increase after that (max. +10) has an exponentially higher chance of failure.
- Failed enchantments can result in only the sheet being consumed, and retaining the item, or the item might also be destroyed in the process.
- Enchanting an item to +3 is guaranteed success, but every increase after that (max. +10) has an exponentially higher chance of failure.
To upgrade an item:
- Open the crafting window by interacting with a Blacksmith or using the Manufacture skill.

- Material(s): Crafting Material(s)
- Item: Item to be enchanted

Tables pointing to craftable items, their tiers/levels, and any extra info. This may come much later (idea: table generated using Categories for "Crafted armor" and "Crafted weapon" and the various sheets). May do a nav table similar to Axes but for crafting items (bestiary, sheets, materials, tools, craftable items, etc).
