Contaminated lake is a level 9 quest that starts in Green Valley. It is part of a quest series, starting with Curse of the Lake.

Objective

Deliver the contaminated skins to Harold Beyond.

Hmm, I think we need to investigate this further. If you take the road north from the fortress you will find Aegis' wizard Harold Beyond. Give him this sample and find out if there is anything wrong with these crocodiles. I need you to hurry, many lives may be in danger.

Huh? Who are you? These crocodile skins look very strange. Let me have a look.
Mirror Lake has the cleanest water around, so the crocodile skins are usually very shiny and healthy. These ones look very different though.
I have a feeling that somebody put a curse on the lake, contaminating the crocodiles. I see a lot of resemblances with Cain's curse. It is very difficult to remove this curse because Cain died many years ago. Who could have done this? First, I need to know the source of the problem.
