Hobgoblins and consistency

Improve stats Currently strong hobgoblins drop weaker items then regular Hobgoblins.

• Strong Hobgoblin Fighter Sword (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Fighter Sword
• Strong Hobgoblin Captain Axe (should be stronger then ---> Hobgoblin Captain Axe
• Strong Hobgoblin Leader Mace (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Leader Axe
• Strong Hobgoblin Leader Mace (name change) ---> "Strong Hobgoblin Leader Axe"
• Strong Hobgoblin Warlord Mace (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Warlord Mace
• Strong Hobgoblin Sword (change attack speed) ---> Fast+2
• Strong Hobgoblin Warlord Shield (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Warlord Shield

Suggested fix:

• Marsh Hobgoblin Sword itemID: 60032 ---> Should drop from ---> Strong Marsh Hobgoblin (Also add "Strong" as prefix to item name)
• Marsh Hobgoblin Fighter Sword itemID: 60033 ---> Should drop from ---> Strong Marsh Hobgoblin Fighter (Also add "Strong" as prefix to item name)
• Marsh Hobgoblin Captain Axe itemID: 60034 ---> Should drop from ---> Strong Marsh Hobgoblin Captain (Also add "Strong" as prefix to item name)
• Marsh Hobgoblin Leader Axe itemID: 60035 ---> Should drop from ---> Strong Marsh Hobgoblin Leader (Also add "Strong" as prefix to item name)
• Marsh Hobgoblin Warlord Mace itemID: 60036 ---> Should drop from ---> Strong Marsh Hobgoblin Warlord (Also add "Strong" as prefix to item name)
