Hobgoblins and consistency

Correct so that strong hobgoblins drop items with higher stats then regular Marsh Hobgoblins. Make items make more sense:

• Strong Hobgoblin Fighter Sword (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Fighter Sword
• Strong Hobgoblin Captain Axe (should be stronger then ---> Hobgoblin Captain Axe
• Strong Hobgoblin Leader Mace (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Leader Axe
• Strong Hobgoblin Leader Mace (name change) ---> "Strong Hobgoblin Leader Axe"
• Strong Hobgoblin Warlord Mace (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Warlord Mace
• Strong Hobgoblin Sword (change attack speed) ---> Fast+2
• Strong Hobgoblin Warlord Shield (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Warlord Shield

Strong Marsh Hobgoblins should drop items with stats then regular Marsh Hobgoblins. -Currently Strong Marsh Hobgoblins drop weaker items then regular Marsh Hobgoblins

Suggested fix:

• Strong Marsh Hobgoblin ---> Should drop ---> itemID: 60032 (Also add "Strong" as prefix to item name)
• Strong Marsh Hobgoblin Fighter ---> Should drop ---> itemID: 60033 (Also add "Strong" as prefix to item name)
• Strong Marsh Hobgoblin Captain ---> Should drop ---> itemID: 60034 (AlsoAlso add "Strong" as prefix to item name)
• Strong Marsh Hobgoblin Leader ---> Should drop ---> itemID: 60035 (Also add "Strong" as prefix to item name)
• Strong Marsh Hobgoblin Warlord ---> Should drop ---> itemID: 60036 (Also add "Strong" as prefix to item name)
• Strong Marsh Hobgoblin Warlord ---> Should drop ---> itemID: 60037 (Also add "Strong" as prefix to item name)

Current items dropped from Strong Hobgoblins should be given to regular Marsh Hobgoblin drop pool.

• Elite Novice Circlet (should be stronger then) ---> Old Veteran Circlet

• Elite Novice Circlet (there are two different crafting sheets, displayed as (F)/(M) , however end product is unisex.
