Higher level (strong) hobgoblins drop weapons with worse stats then plain hobgoblins. Make items make more sense:

Strong Hobgoblin Fighter Sword (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Fighter Sword

Strong Hobgoblin Captain Axe (should be stronger then ---> Hobgoblin Captain Axe

Strong Hobgoblin Leader Mace (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Leader Axe
Strong Hobgoblin Leader Mace (name change) --> "Strong Hobgoblin Leader Axe"
Strong Hobgoblin Warlord Mace (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Warlord Mace
Strong Hobgoblin Sword (change attack speed) ---> Fast+2

Elite Novice Circlet (should be stronger then) ---> Old Veteran Circlet

Elite Novice Circlet (there are two different crafting sheets, displayed as (F)/(M) , however end product is unisex.
