Health (also known as health points, hit points, or HP) represents how much damage a character can take before they die. Characters can regain health during combat from healing spells like Heal and Holy Heal or potions. Health naturally regenerates, which can also be increased by sitting. The health pool can be increased by skills like Exceed and Grow-up.
