Hobgoblins and consistency

Improve stats -Currently strong hobgoblins drop weaker items then regular Hobgoblins.
Suggested fix:

Strong Hobgoblin Fighter Sword (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Fighter Sword
Strong Hobgoblin Captain Axe (should be stronger then ---> Hobgoblin Captain Axe
Strong Hobgoblin Leader Mace (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Leader Axe
Strong Hobgoblin Leader Mace (name change) ---> "Strong Hobgoblin Leader Axe"
Strong Hobgoblin Warlord Mace (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Warlord Mace
Strong Hobgoblin Sword (change attack speed) ---> Fast+2
Strong Hobgoblin Warlord Shield (should be stronger then) ---> Hobgoblin Warlord Shield

Correct drop pool -Currently Strong Marsh Hobgoblins drop weaker items then regular Marsh Hobgoblins

Suggested fix:

Marsh Hobgoblin Sword itemID: 60032 ---> Should drop from ---> Strong Marsh Hobgoblin (Also add "Strong" as prefix to item name)
Marsh Hobgoblin Fighter Sword itemID: 60033 ---> Should drop from ---> Strong Marsh Hobgoblin Fighter (Also add "Strong" as prefix to item name)
Marsh Hobgoblin Captain Axe itemID: 60034 ---> Should drop from ---> Strong Marsh Hobgoblin Captain (Also add "Strong" as prefix to item name)
Marsh Hobgoblin Leader Axe itemID: 60035 ---> Should drop from ---> Strong Marsh Hobgoblin Leader (Also add "Strong" as prefix to item name)

Circlet

Elite Novice Circlet (should be stronger then) ---> Old Veteran Circlet
Elite Novice Circlet (there are two different crafting sheets, displayed as (F)/(M) , however end product is unisex.
