Forest's Summoner is a level 10 class quest for Summoners that starts in Green Valley. It is part of a quest series, starting with Corrupted Spirit.

Objective

Deliver the letter to the Elder Summoner at Horned Tiger Mountain.

Hey, I am also a summoner. I have been spending some time at the Horned Tiger Mountain studying with my mentor, but I was on my way to Rog to do a task for my mentor and I decided to stop here to visit the Kinen spring. Well, I never thought I would see something like this.
I can't believe that those lovely spirits could be cursed that way.
I must tell my mentor about this. Please, take this letter to my him and explain the situation. He will know what to do.
