In the Name of the Militia is a level 34 quest that starts in Palmas. It is part of a quest series, starting with Military Commander Leon Highs.

Objective

Kill the leader of the Palmas Defectors, Captain Shaw, and get clues.

It has been reported in various channels that Shaw, who was a high ranking knight in the destroyed Order of Palmas, may have been involved in the murder of the Duke of Palmas after he communicated with Rog Castle using Palmas Crystal Ball you just retrieved.
While the Aketrav and Dazamor Knights are competing to investigate whether Shaw was involved in the murder of the Duke of Palmas, we can't miss this perfect opportunity to show the force of our Palmas militia to the Rog Empire.
Come on, it's a great opportunity to boost the name of our Palmas militia. Execute the defectors leader, Captain Shaw. He will certainly resist and fight back, so make sure you are ready. I am sure he is involved, your action will have a motive therefore it's okay to have an immediate execution.
