To craft an item, you must have the appropriate materials in your inventory to place in the [[#Crafting window|crafting window]]. Crafting materials can be purchased from shops (gems, metals, yarn, etc.) in major cities and gathered as loot from monsters.

* When farming monster loot, it is best to use a character that is within 2 levels of the monster. Drop rates diminish if there is too large of a level gap (ie. if they no longer drop money, they won't drop monster materials).

== Crafting window ==
The crafting window can be opened by interacting with a [[Blacksmith]], and selecting Craft, or by using the [[Manufacture]] skill.

The player must place the appropriate items in the crafting window to manufacture or upgrade items. Attempting to place the incorrect item will highlight the slot red and prevent placement.
